What do cats actually see when they’re all jacked up on catnip? And what exactly is catnip in the first place? I’m not a veterinarian, so I can only speculate.
Perhaps a portal to another world opens up to them. A world in which 1-UP mushrooms sprout from the ground and the sun looks like the Two Scoops of Raisins mascot. A world in which fauns prance and beckon you to give chase.
Or catnip might just make them really hyper. As I said, I’m not a veterinarian.
